You won't find those here at this establishment...
My cousin recommended this place and she is usually spot on with her picks for us.

It's pretty small (but not cramped) in here. We scanned the menu and made a few selections "to go" so we could eat it later in our room. We didn't want to go out after this excursion.

I love that the receipts here are also in Chinese.

We had to get their namesake, so we got two versions of their pancakes - one filled with green onion and the other was sesame coated with a beef filling. The dumplings were vegetarian (for TC's sake).

Nice and flaky dough. While I'm not a big fan of the five spice flavor, this was pretty good.

This reminded me of a crispy quesadilla but with no cheese, ha ha.
The dumplings were on the bland side and the dough was kind of thick. But since these were mainly for TC, I didn't touch these after trying just one.

The lady working here was also very nice and friendly. We didn't wait too long for our food either.

There is no website but here are the reviews from you know where and tripadvisor
These were all enjoyed later for dinner plus some leftovers for breakfast. Not a very healthy dinner and also not very colorful. Brown, light brown, and beige. But pretty good nonetheless.
As we were strolling to the closest streetcar stop, a whimsically named shop caught my eye...
