Our last meal in Petaluma would be here...

No, not the truck and auto repair shop, but at the Turkish place next to it!

We kept seeing the signs everytime we'd walk from our hotel to downtown...

Lagunitas Brewing Company

A few miles away from Shollenberger Park was a brewery that Bert wanted to visit.

Even though we just had light (a light lunch that is), we were here and so off we went...

Shollenberger Park + lunch from Green String Farm and the Petaluma Pie Co.

TC read up on places to go during our trip and suggested that we visit this particular park,

Shollenberger, which is a protected wetlands area...

and a great place to talk a nature walk...

The Riverfront, Walnut Park and last views of downtown

We made a short detour to the bridge in the area known as the Riverfront.

It led to a restaurant that was still setting up for the morning...

More of downtown Petaluma, St. Vincent's Church + more movie pop culture sites...

On our way downtown (before having our morning coffee at Acre)...

Bert dropped off mail at a nearby post office with cool architectural details (this was on 4th St).

Signs downtown pointed us in different directions...

but we would do our walk after having our coffee and morning snack.

Spring Break Road Trip Day 3: Acre Coffee, Petaluma

And we now change the channels back to our not forgotten Spring Break Road Trip...

We started of Day 3 in downtown Petaluma for some coffee with a view...

Sadly, the  historical museum across the street (which used to be a Carnegie Library) was closed during our visit and only opened the day after we left. Talk about bad timing.
