Right next door to Andytown #3 was a bakery I had my eye on from a previous trip,

but we didn't have the chance to visit until this day...

Hui An Garden used to be Fu An Garden (which Kirk had posted on earlier this year before they closed)...

with progress in late December..

up until late March/early April when the new Ranch 99 in my 'hood opened...

Bert already knew from the look on my face that we would have to go in...

House of Pancakes

When you hear the words House of Pancakes, you usually think of the breakfast type of pancakes, like IHOP.
