March 15, 2020.  This was the first weekend that the spectre of covid-19 had become a reality for many. School was cancelled for the following week. There was talk of sheltering at home (that would come later) and mask wearing was not yet prevalent...

That was this weekend when my sis and I took our Saturday walk...

Bert and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary this year and took a family road trip to the Central Coast.

Instead of doing sad ass takeout and eating it in our room out of styrofoam containers...

However, S3's owners did not anticipate the pandemic to throw a wrench into their plans...
