Birthday Highlights 2016

Today, I turned one year older...

(getting on to the 5 from the 54 around 7:45 am, ouch)

This time TC and I were joined by a friend, his wife and daughter along with two other friends (a couple) for their first Indian food crawl...

Almost the last stop - Caffe Bene

Not quite the last stop was a new Korean dessert cafe that opened a few months ago...

It's in this strip mall, with the old Korea House,now renamed Korea BBQ Blue House...

I don't remember what Caffe Bene replaced but it's a few steps away from neighboring RakiRaki in the next strip mall over...

Stop 5 - Oasis Ice Cream Parlor

In keeping the crawl "local", dessert was here, Oasis Ice Cream Parlor, a South Bay mainstay for over 30 years..
