As you can see, it was still foggy in the morning. As we passed by the newly opened Pop Pie Co., which was bustling with customers...

I saw a distinctive face on the side of the building...
I asked for Bert to park off Meade so I could get out and take some photos. Recognize the artist?

Her murals usually feature a girl with wide set eyes and flowing beautiful hair. The colors she utilizes in her pieces are dreamy and ethereal.

This is gorgeous in person and the colors are amazing.
A few previous posts featuring murals by Gloria Muriel:
"The Bunny Kitty mural on the hArt Lounge wall, East Village" February 2015
"Glow mural @ the One-Ten Liquor Store next to the Palm Reader" March 2015
"Pentych in North Park" Aug. 2015 (hers is one of five panels by various artists)
"Glow mural in Normal Heights" Dec. 2015 [Sadly, this has been painted over]
There are still more Glow murals that I want to document such as one that I can see right off the freeway (I-5) near Bread + Salt gallery and another in Makers Quarter in East Village. I'll have to wait 'til I'm on break again for further exploration.
