The donut shop was still there but all of the signage was gone from the actual signholder. What gives.
Last week, while on our way to dinner at Gunco Ramen, it was still devoid of the "KD's Donuts" signage. The sign was half naked.
And just last night, we saw the new sign!
Complete with a donut with sprinkles for the "O".
Sadly, the donut shop itself isn't that great though.
I noticed that KD's Donuts doesn't get "top billing" anymore. Plus, one can no longer tamper with the removable letter because there are none.

It's wierd not seeing the familiar red letters spelling out D's Nuts. The quick fix of the "DO" with unmatching font didn't cut it. It needed to be D's Nuts again but I guess that will no longer happen with the new sign. Now if only their donuts could improve.

Someone will figure out a way to tamper with KD's Nuts....ummm, Donuts.

Booo but hey.. fancy new sign, haha. There's one of these donut shops near Jake's and I remember a few letters were missing... I'll have to look again and see if it's still missing a few key letters. Heh heh.
I remember that you posted that donut shop sign photo for me, haha.
Yeah, this new sign is nice but I really miss the old one. It provided much juvenile amusement.
