So much that you can now find concentrate at your local grocery store...
In this case, this particular brand of cold brew was a gift from Cathy.

This past summer, I thought I would make my own iced mochas using cold brew, especially since I'm too lazy to grind our coffee beans and steep them overnight and blah blah blah. It's easy enough...this is all you need (see below):

Easy Iced Mocha Cold Brew
Ingredients:
- Chocolate syrup
- Almond milk (or actual milk, soy, whatever you like as a milk sub)
- Cold brew concentrate (this bottle of Kohana organic cold brew was a gift from Cathy who bought it from her Costco; it's not found at my location), whichever brand you prefer
- Ice cubes (duh)
Directions (with precise measurements, NOT):
- Squirt some chocolate syrup at the bottom of your drinking glass. I chose a tall thin one (this Old Spaghetti Factory glass was purchased at the Goodwill in PB).
- Add your desired amount of cold brew
- Add your desired amount of almond milk
- Stir thoroughly
- Add ice and enjoy
I made this cold brew nearly every day during the last weeks of my summer break, even putting my iced mocha into a thermal coffee container when I had to go run errands. Then I ran out of cold brew and out of desperation, bought the Trader Joe's version (which uses arabica beans).

It didn't taste nearly as good as the Kohana brand. In fact, it was not that great at all. Poo.
Cathy was kind enough to gift me TWO more bottles (yassssss) so thank goodness for that.

I'll definitely be making more of this when Fall Break rolls around. Save me some $$.

It's still being sold at 'my' Costco. I do think it tastes batter than the TJ brand. Have been using only with water, milk and ice. Maybe will get all wild and crazy and buy syrup one day...
Cool, so if I ever run out, I will head over to your 'hood to stock up. The flavor is so much more smooth than the TJ's version. We only had syrup because TC likes making chocolate milk but now it's indespensable for this mocha/cold brew concoction.
