SBPM Revisit - I'A Fish Market & Cafe + Flagstone Pantry

Before heading over to Franceschi Park, we made a quick stop back here,

at the SB Public Market to pick up a few items for dinner...

While Bert and TC went off to find chowder, I went to Flagstone Pantry to see what we could have later that evening.

They had a nice selection of premade salads (all quite healthy). I chose three. Meanwhile, Bert and TC went to the fishmarket for clam chowder (expensive, yikes, but expected).

No time for dilly dallying here. We got out stuff and left so we could go to the park before it got dark.

Later, after relaxing back at the inn, we tried our take out from the market.  As expensive as this chowder was (we're talking about the tune of $11), it was pretty damn good with sizable clam pieces and a nice, creamy and chunky soup.

The trio of salads I chose ($4.50 each): Sesame noodles, kale and quinoa with black beans, and curried potato.

We had the chowder and salads with crackers. OF the three salads, I liked the curried potato salad the best followed by the noodle salad. The kale and quinoa was okay, but I wasn't a fan of the vinegary dressing although TC and Bert liked it.  Each salad was pretty healthy and I felt better eating something that wasn't fried, ha ha.  But really.
