Yogurt Swirl 3 x

Don't you just love these random images painted on utility boxes?

See No Evil, eh? This was somewhere in Mira Mesa while on our way to get some o' dat shaved snow ice...

Bert and I were with the childrens (TC and her two friends)...man, it was like we had three kids, but two were returnable.  That sounded bad, didn't it? Well, you know what I mean, I hope. If  your humor is as dry as mine.

Anyhew, located at the strip mall next to Lucky was the other strip mall...

the one with Pho Cow Calli (which I still want to call Pho Hoa Calli, it's previous moniker).  Plus, I wanted to use this flyer for 10% (it's not much, but 10% of is better than no-thang!)...

Same old toppings, except this time we would try something different...

I find these snow ice shaver machines fascinating!

That was the girls' mango and watermelon snow ice (above and below)...

The three tweens had a large watermelon and mango snow ice with multicolored mini boba pieces and cookie dough bits (cavity alert!). No fruit to make it look pretty, ha ha. These girls are sugar fiends. Bert and I had the small taro snow ice with coffee jelly.

All the girls enjoyed the light and fluffy dessert...

I really liked ours with the coffee jelly. I'm going to have to make this coffee jelly for ourselves next time. It had a nice and bitter flavor to it. Plus brown and purple look good together, in a wierd way.

Look at those layers....

The girls were happy to have tried something new (TC's friends that is).

Previous visits to Yogurt Swirl:

December 2012 (but posted in January of 2013) - With our neighbors for the last meal of 2012
January 2013 - With the lovely ladies, CAB, Jinxi and Kirbie

We had one more stop go go...this time to another beach area!
