I mean, this had to be seen to be believed...
Apparently that truck was advertising toilet seats that can be warmed up. This is the brand, "Ultra Touch" and their logo features Rodin's "The Thinker" on the john/crapper/shitter/porcelain god/commode with his pants down, no doubt pondering how nice his ass must feel while taking a nice dumparoo. Missing in action? Proper reading material!
I don't think the seats are heated up so that you'd burn yourself, though.

DeadTreeMedia spotted the truck in LA traffic back in 2010! Ha ha! I had to search the interwebs for this!

The closest thing to this I've ever experienced was the awesome toilet at Robata-ya Oton (aka the Toto Washlet Toilet) which had all kinds of gadgets (air, water, etc). It wasn't "warm" but it could do almost everything else, ha ha!
