After our lunch at Memelas with CAB, we headed over here for something sweet...
I haven't bought one of these yet. They are so pretty especially the one with the pink chocolate shavings.

Hmmm, I think that CAB's version is much better!
We went 'small' today. This was TC's apricot filled butter cookie which she enjoyed. The fruity filling had a bit of "pull" to it. It wasn't soft or gushy but had a nice sticky stretch.
This was the nicest this mini tart looked that day before I put it back into the box. I got this tiny chocolate mousse tart for Bert. By dinner time, it was smashed and banged up from being mishandled (by me) in the box. Sorry Bert!
C bought a couple of cake slices plus a mini tart and mini cannoli. I don't remember what the two slices were but I believe one of them might have had mango in it.
I got a selection of their cookies for us to sample - a buttery pecan cookie, a chocolate dipped cookie and a striped one. My favoritewas the chocolate. There was a cherry jam filling between the chocolate cookies.
TC loved her apricot cookie!
CAB shared some of her pineapple cheesecake with us.
The topping was a pineapple glaze. The cheesecake was nice and light with bits of pineapple within.
I think I want to try the guava version next time! They should make a passion fruit! I'd be all over that!
