It's time for a bitch kickin' boot post!
I originally wanted this in black, but they were out of my size, so I settled for the silver. They're not really a shiny "Ace Frehly" type of silver, more like a muted metallic shade.

I'm glad I got it because they look so damn cool! These are motorcyle boots by Nine West's Vintage Americana collection (the style is called "Transport"), which I got from Amazon.com back in late November.

Love the alternative pyramid and circular stud detailing...

Love the back of the boots...

Detail from front strap. The zipper is purely ornamental. I tried unzipping it. Nada.

They go well with my fave pair of jeans...

Deets: Black V-neck sweater by BR, my fave black men's belt by BR, my fave skinny jeans by 7 for all Mankind (the Roxanne jean), and my Tokidoki "Favola" (fairy tale) print shoulder bag (Fall 2011).
The toes are more blunt than I'm used to, but I still think the boots look pretty rad.
I like the details in these boots (the studs, the leather pull tabs on the zipper). They're fun to wear and look great with these jeans and another purple pair that I have. They're so comfortable since they're flat. Four inch heels or even wedges may look great but they're hell after a few hours.
Thank goodness for the recent cool weather we've been having. Gives me an excuse to wear not just this pair, but the other ones I got from a year or so ago!

they would look so late 80's/early 90's with a mini and torn leggings!
