Gosh, he's so proud of this project. I remember having a choice and picking the easiest one to do (and even then I didn't even get an A on it).
Bert didn't even have to dig this up at his mom's house. He already had it, saved like the precious project that it is. I think it used to hang in his bedroom at his house. Anyhow, we opened up the mini 10-pack of Coffee Crisp. One tiny bar = 60 calories as opposed to 300+ for the bigger bar.
I suppose that doesn't help if you eat three or four of these in one sitting (not that I did, okay, only two!)
The candy is nice and crispy with a light coffee flavor. The chocolate coating would taste so much better if it was dark chocolate, but I'm not complainning. I like wafer cookies like this. C is my Coffee Crisp dealer. We have her to thank for our addiction, ha ha. I send her Filipino food stuff and she sends us Canadian candy! Sounds like a fair trade to me!
