They wanted to take photos at the nearby Tijuana Estuary (NOT in Tijuana, by the way), but first lunch...
in Imperial Beach, the most Southwesterly City in the United States.
Our lunch was actually NOT here, at Pizzeria Luigi's but across the street. While the girls went inside to order, I was out here taking photos in their side parking lot.
I'd only been here once before (post linked at the end) but it was at night time so I wasn't aware there was a mural on the north wall.
I didn't stay too long but plan to come back again to try to find out who the artist is...
I couldn't find a "signature" or "tag" on any of my photos so it might have been on the far left end of the mural. I would like to visit IB again in a few weeks to take advantage of the lovely weather we are sure to have this summer...
