Pebble Beach bound...

So this was our second time to visit my Ninang and Ninong in Pebble Beach. Our first visit was two years ago and I'll never forget that day because that was the day Michael Jackson died.

The U.S. Open was held at Pebble Beach last year. This is a real BFD for those into golfing.

Well now, 17 Mile Drive eh? This is how the other half lives I guess.

Pacific Grove is known as a stopover by millions of Monarch butterflies...

We were cleared at the gate as "guests"...

We were so tired! Ever so hospitable and generous, my Ninang once again gave us free rein of the entire bottom floor of her house. TC got her own room while we had ours, which unfortunately had these evil looking dolls (three of 'em) on stands. I kept thinking they would come alive at night and stab me to death. Nice thought, huh. We also finally got to wash our clothes!

After relaxing for a few hours, they said, "Dinner time!". So off we went to a local French place in Pacific Grove...

You know what freaks me out more than scary dolls (especially those antique porcelain ones)? Clowns!

I'm freaked out my dolls and clowns. Even as a kid. i got all these expensive dolls as gifts and I wouldn't touch them. My parents use to put them in places where they didn't want me to touch, like electric outlets.
