For the third week in a row, I bought a cake from Hans and Harry...
Another bombe but this time it was for Bert...
This was the Amaretto Mousse bombe covered in chocolate and ringed by chocolate sprinkles topped by two little marbled chocolate diamonds.
TC's handwritten card...full of in jokes.
Bert always slices the cakes so perfectly.
I didn't really like the filling. It tasted too "alcohol-y". Plus after today's lunch and dessert outing (those posts will be forthcoming), I was still full. I only had a small bite of this thin sliver and it was quite rich.
