Well stop right there at the dark maroon building on the corner if you wants a sweets fix...
This was definitely NOT the Cheesecake Factory (thank goodness) but the Incredible Cheesecake Company...

KD had been here before and I was curious for us to try their cheesecake slices...

There are a few tables outside...

and about three tables inside. Not that large and not that fancy but I wasn't too concerned about the ambiance.

These were some of the cheesecake selections that day: Red Velvet, White Chocolate Raspberry (their most popular flavor according to the owner), the Naughty Hula, the Merv Griffin (chocolate chocolate chip), and regular cheesecake to name just a few.

They also have cupcakes, brownies, muffins, and coffee drinks.

The folks working here were super nice. The lady at the counter recommended a few of her favorites which we will have to try the next time we go.

It cost $3.75 per slice which was pretty reasonable.

I had to get the Merv Griffin which was chocolate chocolate chip. The cheesecake was not hard and dense like some place's cheesecake. In fact, that is why I don't really like cheesecake at all. Well, this changed all that. The cheesecake was light and fluffy and very smooth. All of the flavors we had were excellent!

TC's Red Velvet....

Bert's Naughty Hula, which was actually coffee flavored. The only thing remotely "Hawaiian" or related to "hula" by a long shot were the coconut flakes and macadamia nuts on top. This was a great combination of flavors!

We managed a few bites each and took the rest home for later...

Glad we tried this place out. They have over fifty flavors of cheesecake and can do special orders. They have their 'regular' flavors and rotate a few seasonal ones as well.

This place may not be pretty inside or outside, and the cheesecakes may be "no frills", but sometimes that's the best. No ultra-modern decor, no flowers or ribbons, no chocolate sauce or fruit coulis swirls either. No pretentiousness here at all. We will definitely be back to try their other selections!

Their website listed on yelp is broken, but here are the reviews from yelp nonetheless.
As I post this, the Oscars are on...happy to see that Christoph Waltz won for Best Supporting Actor for "Django Unchained"! Glad that Seth McFarlane is hosting; he's hilarious! I still liked Chris Rock's performance several years ago...
