All you need are mini waffles and ice cream.
The waffles were made by Bert. Our hearts waffle maker is one of our wedding gifts that keeps on giving. Thank goodness for that.
These are Nutella waffles and the recipe is so easy. Just three ingredients: 1 cup of Nutella, two eggs, and 10 tablespoons of flour. You can check out the recipe here on Kirbie's blog.

I had my ice cream sandwich with a side of ice cream, ha ha!
These waffles are delicious and you can make an extra batch ahead of time and freeze them for future snacks.
