along with this repair shop (do people still use typewriters?)...
It had been a super long day...
and we were ready to call it a night. Thane ordered Chinese take out from one of their favorite spots.
Below, the spread: green beans, porkchops, beef and bok choy and some sort of shrimp and zucchini dish.
There was also porridge (I passed on that):

Dumplings and fried fish chunks (not shown, sweet and sour sauce for the fried fish)
Pork chops and the shrimp with zucchini:
Everything was delicious, especially the pepper beef and the green bean. The food was pretty much attacked by everyone there.

Tomorrow we would be leaving the cozy confines of Thane's family's abode and heading over to our favorite neighborhood in SF, the Sunset District. Lots of things planned ahead. I'm hoping I remember everything as well since this trip was SIX MONTHS AGO, dammit, heh!
