The signature in the bottom right says "Blate 1" and Pete Caso Designs. The sign also indicated that a new brewery would be coming to Chula Vista. It will join Third Ave Alehouse as a new beer-centric establishment. The Groundswell facilities are located in Grantville. That's cool that they chose downtown Chula Vista as a new venture.
Location - downtown Chula Vista on Third Ave (next to Human Catalyst streetwear and The Nest on Third (coffee).
