and right next to it, on the north western corner near the arch was this small yogurt shop named after the beach a few blocks away...

It was your standard yogurt shop which also sold coffee and the big plus here, at least for TC was that boba was also offered. I remember checking if Carlsbad had any boba places and there were NADA.
