The Asian Garden Mall

Before heading over to our last stop, my SIL wanted to  see if she could find a particular beauty product at a nearby mall...

located on Bolsa Ave, one of the main commercial streets in Little Saigon....

As predicted, the parking sucked in the tiny lot, and as we were about to drive out to try another place, we snagged a spot at the last minute! The parking gods were smiling upon us that morning....

This is the sign for ht Asian Garden Mall, the first major commercial center built in Little Saigon in the mid 80's.

The mall houses many Asian/Vietnamese owned businesses and eateries.

As you walk in, there is a food court to your right.

My SIL was able to find her Obagi foaming gel and cleanser at this beauty supply store in the very back. I thought it was amusing that there was an "armpit cream" box on top of the Obagi products.

Nice! Who wants white armpits?

Across the street is the original location of Lee's Sandwiches...

We probably didn't spend more than ten or fifteen minutes in there. She just wanted to get her cleanser and get out, which was fine with me.
