I pulled a, shall I even say it, Sandra Lee, ha ha!
I bought two packs (with two tubs each) of Costco's Lobster Bisque. I dumped the soup into my trusty crockpot.
What I added:
I sauteed one chopped onion in olive oil and added a dash of red pepper flakes and smoked paprika to give it some color and pep. This is normally the base for my Smoked Corn Chowder recipe.

I added the sauteed onions into the crockpot and stirred it up. I also added a can of corn. I intended to peel and dice the potato but didn't have enough time, so the potato was a no go.

One tub is 2.5 servings so I thought one package of two wouldn't be enough for us nine. Turns out we had more than enough. The soup was really thick and rich and had lots of lobster pieces in it. Everyone liked the soup and if I do this again, I'm going to add bacon and slivered green onion tops.
