We wanted something healthy and at a place where we didn't have to drive out and repark.
Bert had the chipotle chicken sandwich special with roasted red peppers; his side was creamy mashed potatoes.
I had a salad I'd seen previously on cathy of mmm-yoso's post, the Happy Vegan (you can see her post linked at the end). I'm not a vegan by any means but really wanted to try this sald because of the sheer amount of variety in the bowl. There were four types of salads topped with a slice of bread (either that or it was a ginormous single crouton).
One of the grains was quinoa with cucumber and beets, the other was farro wheat with cranberry and hazelnuts, plus green hummus, tabbouleh, baby greens and lemon dressing.
This salad was so delicious and fresh. The only thing missing were hazelnuts which I asked the server why there weren't any in the salad. He ended up getting me a small container full of them, which was a nice touch. One of the reasons I wanted the salad was because of the hazelnuts. Not sure why they weren't included in the first place, but I now had more than enough. The service here is really attentive. The place was pretty busy with everyone and their mother there for the lunch rush.
We had a great lunch here. I wouldn't mind going here again despite the mall setting.

For the record, we enjoyed "Solo" but it doesn't rank up with the original trilogy or even the newer ones (NOT the prequels, damn those). Love that Chewbacca in the last two films was played by a handsome Finnish ex-baskeball player. You go Joonas Suotamo!
