Just beyond the new Barrio Logan arch...

was our coffee destination, a revisit actually...
to Ryan Brothers Coffee.

There were quite a few families out there that morning. Interesting to see the demographics in here.

Antisocial me chose to sit outside with the coffee bag covered tables.

A cappucino for me and a Wonka Caramel for Bert.

There was so much foam in mine and I didn't really like the flavor of the coffee itself. I had forgotten that this place didn't really serve anything smaller than 8 oz. Most of their coffee drinks were huge (to me), 12 oz, 16 oz and up. The bread was homemade zucchini pineapple, made by one of the workers.

It was very moist and flavorful. I could taste more of the pineapple than the zucchini although the zucchini could actually be seen.

I'm not sure if I'd go back for their coffee. As for Bert's Wonka caramel, he enjoyed it but it was a bit on the sweet side for me.
