We made our way over to our hotel by way of Chinatown...
where we passed by the Dragon Gate and places with cool signage...

plus Lucky Deli, United Foods (no hyperlink) and Far East Center.

That vintage neon sign must look so awesome when lit up at night.
We took the long way to Burbank, through the surface streets of Glendale. The freeways looked bad plus it was more fun to see places rather than the highway.

This was Tacos la Fonda in Glassell Park...

along with the awesome font for Dinah's Fried Chicken in Glendale...

plus the Moonlight Rollerway Skating Rink and Faster Donuts

All of which were found on San Fernando Road, a rather long stretch filled with many vintage eateries and businesses. There were more cool signs but I could only take a few good shots as we drove by.
It was time to finally check in to our hotel in Burbank, the usual one we go to whenever we stop in the area...
