It was just a few minutes away from Cowles and also very close to our eventual breakfast destination...
There is another location of Trinitea Tea that just opened in Hillcrest (read Kirbie's recent post here). This is the original location, I surmise.

According to Cathy, it is family owned. The folks working here were supernice. I used my coupon from my online Entertainment Value app, saving myself about $3.75. TC had the honey milk tea with boba while Bert and I shared the Java Chip mocha, which I liked much better than the blueberry mocha. Trinitea does not have any savory items either, but prepared desserts. It's pretty simple here, just drinks and desserts with nothing offered that they would have to bake or cook. I liked that they had games on nearby shelves for patrons to play with.

I've been in the habit of taking pix of Christmas trees in the various businesses I've patronized during the holidays. Every place has their own "style" or "flair".

Java chip rules over blueberry mocha.

With drinks in hand, we made our way to our next stop, highly recommended by the every knowledgable Cathy.

This is where we would actually have some breakfast food. The few spoons of the acai bowl just didn't do it for me...
