It's one of those "no cook nights"...
Did you see the crepes? Bought from Costco this morning. In fact I haven't seen boxed crepes there in a couple of years...

We bought these a few times and never saw them again so I thought they were seasonal or something. Now a different brand has returned, "Belgian Boys"!
The only effort will be opening the packages and heating up the already cooked crepes in a pan!
Easy, eh! Just slather some softened cream cheese, layer it with a few pieces of the smoked salmon (also from Costco) and dinner is served. Let's not forget the glass of wine (or soda for TC) to make it "fancy", haha. Sorry no chives or dill, but slivered green onions will do in a pinch!
