TC and I headed out to the this tiny strip mall for a few drinks before heading out to lunch..
Since it was so warm, I thought cold brew coffee would be ideal while TC stuck with a can of Hawaiian Sun, choosing a flavor she hadn't tried beofre. Below, the Kyoto Drip in action in preparation for tomorrow's batch of cold brew coffee.

They now have candles and cymbidium orchids (artificial) and greenery on the tables giving the place a more tropical feel.

TC enjoyed her Lychee with Ginseng drink which she said wasn't too sweet. Their AC wasn't working so the cold case wasn't cold. Leo gave her a to go cup with ice so she could enjoy her drink.

Leo (the owner) was there and remembered me from our first visit. I chose the cold brew coffee as a mocha. At my request, the milk was subbed with almond milk ($5/no extra charge for substitution which was very nice). He said the coffee was from the Ka'u region of Hawaii. He first let me taste the drink and asked if I wanted more milk or coffee. I thought that was a nice touch since most places don't even do that. After one sip, I promptly said, "More coffee please" since it was so smooth tasting. . It was so rich and delicious and quite possible the best cold brew mocha I've had thus far.

It was so rich and delicious and very very smooth. In retrospect, I should have asked what type of chocolate was used as well. My coffee didn't taste burnt and wasn't watered down swill and thankfully, had no lactose to give me, uh "problems" later.
Who else has been to Pavaraga?
Lora was here last week - September 14, 2015 where she and her group went for a complimentary tasting and tried their sandwiches as well.
Previous visit to Pavaraga:
August 22, 2015
I'll have to come back with the Educator GF's for TORC's upcoming birthday foodcrawl...

We like going to this mall when we see parking available, which is sometimes impossible. Will stop here for a coffee, definitely.
There are some other spaces around the corner too, the South facing stores. But yeah, that lot is pretty cried with parking. Give Pavaraga a try. They offer a quality product. I hope they do well here. Bonita needs a good coffee place.
Cramped not cried. Autocorrect fail.
