To THIS (the present day:)

TC and I had parked several blocks away and were headed to check out a few places nearby. We thought we would check out the space here. The original post office exterior has been kept and is being used or renovated as some sort of gallery or meeting space. There is news that retailers and even an eatery (a pizza place) will open up next year. The new spaces behind and connected to the old building are lofts. I'm pretty sure they are pricy since North Park has blossomed into "THE" place to be in hipsterdom right now. It's right in the middle of everything so for those folks who want walkability to restaurants, coffee houses, bars, entertainment and such.
One thing I noticed...there are A LOT of ANGLES here.

From this last photo's vantage point, there are several Adirondack chairs in the courtyard facing a bocce ball court. From what I observed in the loft's website, the court has also been used as a makeshift "stage" for performers.
