You don't have to twist my arm for this, heh heh...
After picking up TC from school, we headed over to our local Rita's to get our free cups. My flavor was the Island Fusion (mango, coconut and guava) while TC had the Watermelon chocolate chip. Both flavors were pretty good especially TC's.
The iced coffee flavor was all out which is why I went with the fruity flavor, which is pretty rare for me. The line was out the door, but moved pretty fast. Most of the folks there were getting their free mini cup of Italian ice.
As for Seafood Friday, this is kind of a weak one. We just made tortillas wraps with smoked salmon (from Costco), lettuce and a few shredded vegetables.
Yay for the first day of Spring because it also means TWO WEEKS of SPRING BREAK for me and TC. Looking forward to lunch adventures with my teen.

I heard about the free rita's thing like 5 days after it happened :(
Is that the uncooked flour tortillas at Costco? We bought something similar and it's delicious.

Yes, those are the uncooked flour. I like watching them puff up when I heat them up in the pan.

Aw, I didn't hear about the free Rita's at all until now. I guess they don't like sending me offers (or they're probably all stuff in my junk folder, oops). The watermelon + chocolate chips one sounds yummy! Happy spring vacation!
Aww bummer that you missed it. But then, you missed the longa$$ lines with brat kidz, so maybe that's a good thing.
