This site has been empty since 2015 but only recently were these signs spotted on the exterior.
Then in late December, an even bigger sign was there. Aaaand the door was open. There were workers going in and out...

Not sure when this branch of Ranch 99 will open but for sure, parking will SUCK BIG TIME, ha ha! I hope they have an in-house bakery because I do like their flaky pastries. I still haven't posted on my new Ranch 99 visits (the new one on Balboa Ave), but I will, eventually.
