Sadly, the two drinks above sucked...
They looked the same but were supposed to be different lattes. I was especially disappointed because the bottom was a so-called holiday latte, deemed the "Mint Condition". They melted Andes mints in the coffee and served one on the side. So very unceremonious looking and way different from the beautiful picture they depicted on their IG complete with latte area. None here. I'm not one to ask them to make a drink like I saw online, but the assumption would be that they would serve what they advertise. I think I am done with HOB. I want to like them but it's disappointing each time I go.
Our next stop was Mostra Coffee which has a much better track record in providing drinks that taste as good as they look. So many choices but I ended up getting the Ferrero cold brew (tastes just like Ferrero Rocher hazelnut candy)....
D's house coffee and my Ferrero cold brew which I liked but I was already sugared out so I had to freeze it later at home to enjoy the next day.
On a positive note, HOB makes cool designs for their shirts and merch and they have a Harry Potter backstory (House of Black like House of Grffyndor or Slytherin) but I need the whole bag...coffee drinks that both taste and look good. Rerrrr, I know.
