Normally I love what I have at Eddie's but this was a first
TC had the standard Philly Cheesesteak with Onions (she chose Cheddar cheese)...her sandwich was fine, accoding to her.
I got my usual - the Cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. Looks all right...
Maybe I got a bad batch of meat? There were some fatty pieces in there and a few pieces of gristle...
Ugh. Not so good. There were about five pieces of unchewable (or perhaps it should be 'unswallowable meat). I didn't even think to send it back. It wasn't entirely inedible, but in retrospect, maybe I should have. Anyhow, I won't let this experience turn me off Philly Cheesesteaks. It gives me more reason to do more, uh "research" at the other places around San Diego!

Too bad it was grisle-y but both look yummy.
that kind of sucked....it looked good though.
