I bake 'em and he cuts 'em...
He's so much more precise than I am. A week ago, I made Chocolate Mochi with chocolate chips again. The recipe is from Kirbie (linked at the end of this post).
This time I baked it in one of those aluminum pans. Maybe this was a mistake. It was bigger than the normal pan I use. The mochi wasn't as soft and chewy either. I'm not sure where I went wrong...
It was still good but drier than what I would have liked it to taste.
I didn't put as much chocolate chips this time either...

Since I wasn't as pleased with this attempt, I guess that means I'll have to make this again! Practice makes perfect right? The last time I made this, TC and the neighbor girls loved it and so did my co-worker's kids. They thought it was like a chewy brownie.
