Wedge Season is here...

San Diego weather has been wierd lately. Last week it was in the 80's; it felt like summer. Then it got all Morrissey that same weekend (during nephew #5's party). It rained this week as well. But while it was still nice and warm, I broke out with these wedges which also meant I had to do my toenails (which I paint myself because I'm too cheap to get a pedicure but you won't see a photo of my grody toes here).

These are by Charles David - clearanced from DSW and bought last summer. Ended up being about $30 with an additional %age off the clearance price. So yay for that!

I liked the 4" wedge and how there was also black fabric accentuating the cork wedge. There is also a bit of a platform at the toe. I also liked the snakey textured leather on the straps plus the round pointy spikes which give it a dangerous look. No frilly bows or ruffles or shit for me, thank you very much.

I like my rocka rolla style very much!
