This behemoth donut can be seen looming in the distance, right off the 405 freeway exit at West Manchester...
As seen in such films as "Earth Girls are Easy", "2012" and more recently, "Iron Man 2"!
This is an iconic landmark and we had to go here. I don't care if the donuts sucked or not (they didn't) we could not drive through L.A. without making a stop.
There was a line of cars waiting at the drivethrough as well as a line of people (we were 10th in line) when we arrived. To kill some time, we had the homey in front of us take a shot of us three with the donut in the background. I think that will be one of our holiday photos!

I liked this sign...
I surreptitiously took a shot of these awesomely sexy yellow wedge sandals worn by a woman ahead of us in line. She wore it with a long gray skirt and a white wifebeater. She was blonde and MILF'y and had two teenage sons.
Loads and loads of fresh donuts waiting to be eaten. There are two drive thru windows on both sides of the building.

My chocolate French cruller, Bert's coconut donut, TC's Sugar raised and Bert's cinnamon bun (to be saved for breakfast the next day). TC enjoyed hers right away - quite a messy donut to eat. We had her eat in with the box lid as the "trough/plate" in the car.
