CPK & In - n - Out

At our last District Counselor meeting, we all went to lunch at CPK at the Otay Ranch Town Center. One thing I like about these end of the year functions means "going out to lunch" often! And when we go out in groups, that means, to my scheming mind, more food blogging material!
See my past posts on CPK here:
It was pretty dead considering it was lunchtime:
Here are a few of my older posts on CPK. This post was from November 21, 2008 after me and my best GBF saw the first showing of "TWILIGHT". OMG, OMG! Ha ha. This other post was from March of 2007. By the way, CPK was my co-worker's choice...
I got the Wild Mushroom Pizza with cheese...I ended up eating 2 1/2 slices and saved the rest for the next day's lunch...It was pretty good actually. Not bad. I really like mushrooms
One of the co-workers got a chicken sandwich on some sort of rosemary focaccia. You can't even see the chicken since it's covered with loads of lascivious leafiness.
Another one got the Cobb salad...Mmm, bacon!
Here's another salad - it was the BBQ Chicken salad I believe. I wonder if that's Heinz bbq sauce or some other abomination?
Here's yet another salad. Man, I felt like an unhealthy slob eating the pizza while everyone chowed down on salad...This was springs greens with chicken, candied walnuts and blue cheese. I think the dressing was balsamic.
On another day, our group dwindled to a cool trio. We headed out to our fave fast food joint, In-n-Out Urge. Actually, I had eaten my lunch before hand, but drove the other two just so we could all have some time off campus. Here's what my co-workers ate...Both of them had the Double Double, except one of them had it with animal style sauce and onions. The other had it with these bagged hot chili peppers (not pictured). Next time, I want to order my burger with peppers on the side!
Here's a close up of that Double Double...
Just look at that goey cheese beckoning you to just take a bite already!
