Lucky 13 - PCaRH's 13th Blogaversary

Yes...it's true

It's the thirteenth year of existence for this blog here...

My blog is now officially a teenager with pimples, a sullen attitude and all that fun stuff...

Here are some fun factoids about 2006

Not a big Danzig fan to be honest, but I had to put this in here

"Thirteen" (of course) by MEGADETH which is the THIRTEENTH track from their THIRTEENTH album, "THIRT3EN" (released in 2011, not 2013, ha ha):

Dave Mustaine and company certainly took it to the next level with this song!

"Thirteen times and it's been lucky for me"

And although this song doesn't have the number "thirteen" in the title, "Looks that Kill" by Motley Crue, one of the bands I was obsessed with in 1983, does have a reference to my favorite number,


"Now she's bulletproof
She keeps her motor clean
And believe me, you...
She's a NUMBER THIRTEEN!"

 OMG, that video is so dated, ha ha! They wore more makeup that I ever did! My fondness for this number stems mainly from the fact that it marks my date of birth. Next month will be a big milestone for me as well.

Last factoid that makes me feel old:
TC was 5 and in KINDERGARTEN when I started this blog. She is now 18 and 1/2 is a freshman in COLLEGE!
