After our awesome visit at the FreakybutTrue Peculiarium where Bert enjoyed a scorpion topped ice cream cone and we consorted with the likes of a killer ventriloquist dummy and were alien autopsy victims...

we headed across the street to a more genteel location, a local French bakery...

We tried going here a few days earlier but it was closed, dagnabbit.






























It's a goal of mine to find at least one place like this every time we visit a city. How can ANYBODY pass up this eye catching sign?!

Wild Wasabe

After our time spent zipping through the trees and climbing ropes and walking over precarious log bridges at Tree to Tree Adventure Park, we headed back to the city for an early dinner.

This place was chosen merely because of it's proximity to St. Honore Boulangerie as well as quasi-museum curio-shop (post will be forthcoming).

After all that climbing and balancing and ziplining in the freezing cold and rain, we were a bit brain dead and didn't really want to search high and low for a place to eat...
