Return to International Cafe & Deli

Last month Bert and I stopped here...

The strip mall sign on Linda Vista Road still has "Ryan's Cafe" on it...

It is now this...

I liked it so much during my visit with the Educators GF's (post linked at the end) that a return visit was in order...

We'll take the whole menu please...drinks @ Mostra Coffee + desserts from Champagne French Bakery

D and I knew we wanted our group to come here for coffee...

Last Saturday Bert and I had another "date" day...

TC was off doing several dance performances so we finally used my coupon for lunch...

Astroboi and I were originally going to go to the Food Blogger Bake Sale in PB but spent more time in Mission Hills without realizing that they would be closing up soon (as alerted by Mary)...

Plan B was over in Kearny Mesa...

where we passed by what used to be U-Mart (the old Zion Market), which is now Hana Mart...

Our dessert destination was supposed to have it's "grand opening" today...

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Eastlake and what else is new...

Earlier this month, I got the word that it was finally open...

Nothing Bundt Cakes that is. It had replaced a coffee/smoothie shop which used to be a Coffee, Bean, Tea & Leaf place before. Nothing seems to last in this little corner of Eastlake Village Walk...

TC and I wanted to see what they had and if they had any soft opening freebies...
