Pop Pie Co., soft opening

This past Wednesday was the soft opening of a new business in this neighborhood...

A few blocks south of the iconic University Heights arch was the first brick and mortar shop of Pop Pie...

The Educator GF's and I had tried their pies before at James Coffee earlier this year. I had an hour of free time this morning so off I went after dropping off TC at sports practice...

The Educator GF's and I departed from my abode earlier this morning and were pretty much out the majority of the day...

No sign of rain (which would come later tonight). As early as it was...

parking on the northern end of Little Italy was actually quite painless...

"God, That's good!" or a meat pie by any other name...

This movie was a bit on the gruesome side and it was a bit disturbing find out later what was REALLY in those pies...

also known as the "best meat pies in London", heh heh.

Luckily these meat filled pastries that I've tried over the past few months weren't filled with murdered humans...
