These are from Costco. Personally, I like Gorton's or Van de Kampsbrand because they have more crunchy breading, but of course, since I'm trying to eat "clean" or healthy, I have to avoid this kind of stuff. So these high class culinary fish delights are really for TC!
This brand is much bigger than the dinky fishsticks from Gorton's and their ilk. They also have more "whole" fish rather than chopped up fish, so they are "meatier".
Preheat your oven to 475 F. Lay your fishsticks on a cookie sheet. As you can see, I am not concerned about straight rows, heh heh. Bake them for 11-13 minutes or even a few minutes more if you really want them crunchy.
TC's fish stick dinner with frozen vegetables, rice, Furikake (the kind with eggs bits) and of course, ketchup. Tray from Target (circa 2007, Valentine's clearance. Beneath the corn it says "love" and under the peas, a big red heart, awwww).
I don't care what people think, but I love fish sticks!!!
