San Francisco Day 2 - Heading to the AMA and the Library

Being a spoiled San Diegan, I find public transportation here a novelty. It's very handy and necessary of course, but I'm so used to driving everywhere I want to go myself (or with Bert driving). But when I'm in a different city, it's fun for us to take the bus or the trolley or the subway.

Our destination? The area near the Civic Center which had the (fairly new) Asian Art Museum and SF Public Library.

As with yesterday's theme when we were at SFSU admiring the murals, today's excursion was also related to Filipino American History Month.
