I agreed to do it and was off to the IHOP in National City to do my spiel...

Green Pez for St. Patrick's Day

No corned beef and cabbage this year since TC is eschewing red meat.

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, I swapped out my cute red and pink hearts and Hello Kitty Pez for dispensers that had green in them...

The Empanada Maker

Yesterday we made a mini road trip up to the OC...

(passing by the decomissioned San Onofre nuclear power plant, aka "The Tits", or at least that's what I call it)

We were invited to Bert's niece's Gold Award Ceremony...

Return to Bane Phonkeo

Still not done with the day after our snack at La Crepe de Bretagne, we made one more stop before picking up TC at her gig...

making another return visit to another place we really liked, Bane Phonkeo, a small Laotian takeout place off Imperial and 47th.

After dropping off TC for her volunteer work, we headed to the nearby mall, a place I normally don't like frequenting because I hate crowded places and I don't like seeing students on my off time (just sayin'....)....

The reason we went was because of this...

a brand new crepes place on the west side of Plaza Bonita...

Seafood Friday #4 - New items from Pho Hiep Grill Chateau

Dinner earlier tonight was at one of our fave places, Pho Hiep Grill Chateau in Eastlake...

Don't you just love daylight saving's time?  The longer days are so much nicer and I feel I can get a lot more done...
