Their full size brethren are the same cows that produce the milk, butter, cream, and ice cream that many of us enjoy (well, those that are not lactose intolerant)...

Yesterday Bert and I tried going to the new Tostadas eatery in North Park...

Although the website stated their opening time was 10 am, they were NOT open and in fact told us it was wrong (Hello! fix it then!) and would be open in another hour. This kind of sucked because we planned on them being open that early.

We didn't want to wait that long so we had our early lunch (or late breakfast) elsewhere...

MFH's birthday dessert @ Tostadas

Around the corner from the street art stencils was the site of the former Swoon Dessert Bar...

which is now Tostadas, a Mexican seafood eatery, owned by the same guy who brought North Park City Taco last summer (and more recently, IB Street Tacos in Imperial Beach).

We already had our lunch at Chi so this visit to Tostadas was strictly for dessert and dessert alone...

An illegal left turn back onto Hollister (damn double yellow line) brought me back to the intersection of Hollister and Coronado Ave...

I hung a quick right and just across the bridge in the strip mall with the 7-11...
